He is a lifetime Orange County resident and has been an established member of the wellness community here since 1999 as well as being a former massage therapist of tennis professionals for the U. S. Open Tennis Tour.

Russ is a healthcare professional truly committed to healing and well-being. A graduate of the Swedish Institute's Associate Degree Program, he has been highly trained in the areas of assessment and treatment of soft tissue injuries.



Along with Swedish Massage, Russ is skilled and specialized in Deep Muscle Massage and pre/post event Sports Massage. With a full complement of Five-Element Zen Shiatsu and other Eastern Modalities, Russ incorporates all of these techniques to create a well-balanced treatment according to the specific needs of his clients.

Russ was a member of the United States Tennis Association's Massage Therapy Team.

Session Rates:
All new clients will be assessed on their first appointment to determine what treatment is needed.  Injuries, body type, postural distortions, and pain tolerance all factor in to the type of treatment you may need.

Rates are as follows:
1 hour sessions are $125 (sliding scale is available starting at $95 if needed)

1/2 hour sessions are $95 (with sliding scale available starting @ $75 if needed)

Out-calls available starting @ $300 for one session within 20 minutes of the office. $425 for 2 sessions
